Group Counseling

TIRED OF FEELING LIKE NO ONE UNDERSTANDS HOW YOU FEEL?

LIKE NOT ONE OTHER PERSON IN THE WORLD GETS HOW HARD IT CAN BE?

WANTING TO NOT FEEL SO ALONE IN YOUR JOURNEY?

YOU DON'T HAVE TO FEEL SO ALONE.

THERE ARE OTHERS WHO GET IT.

WHO WANT TO SUPPORT YOU AND LEARN FROM YOU.

We here at Three Birds happen to love doing groups. There's a real magic that happens when community is formed. When group members realize there are others who get it. When group members experience what it's like for others to listen to what they have to say without judgment or criticism. We'd love for you to experience that magic!

As a group member, you have the opportunity to meet others who are facing similar situations to your own. Other members of the group may be able to provide insight beyond what individual therapy may provide and you have the opportunity to share your insight and experience with others.

Beyond the therapeutic benefits to group counseling, there are also practical benefits. Groups typically have a set start and end date, making them easy to fit into a busy schedule. The cost for group counseling is also lower than for individual counseling.

Our most popular group, Body Works I, is offered 3 times a year and will soon be offered in Spanish. This group fills up fast so call now to reserve your spot. Enrolling groups will be posted below and are updated regularly. Click on any of the images below to take you to that group's page.
