WHAT WE LOVE ABOUT DOING TELEHEALTH

More than anything, we've loved getting to offer care to folks that may not have otherwise received care! Beyond being able to increase access to care, our telehealth clients tell us the ability to meet virtually cuts down on travel time, allows them to see us from the comfort of their own home, and provides an opportunity to focus on specific interventions involving sharing screens.

HOW IT WORKS
We use a HIPAA compliant videoconferencing software called RegroupConnect. Your therapist will send you a secure link to join a private video call. We encourage you to wear headphones to reduce buffer noice and increase privacy. We also encourage you to connect directly via Ethernet, if possible, or to have a strong Wifi signal.

Needing support but can't leave the house?

Live somewhere without access to specialized treatment for eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, infertility, and pregnancy loss?

Want to work with us but don't live near enough to make a face-to-face appointment?

We've got you covered!

Our team of licensed clinical mental health counselors, psychologists, and marriage & family therapists are trained in telehealth and ready to support you virtually.

We know it may not feel the same as face-to-face therapy but we also know that you deserve support and healing.

Research shows telehealth can be just as effective as face-to-face appointments and we've experienced many benefits from working with clients virtually.
